Hello,there are 250 watt power supply.
zotac 9800gt eco, I cant overclock

9800GT eco? This card doesn't required a 6pin power connector, right?
If it has then absolutely you can't run this card.

If it doesn't have, then you can't OC it, 250W PSU is just too LOW to run your system along with 9800GT.

Get a bigger PSU, buddy...
