Ok so I did my research and I came up with this build, besides the power supply, case, and maybe the graphics card i'm pretty happy with it. I do want to know if there are any improvements I can make though without raising the price more than say $10.

MOBO- ASRock M3A770DE AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard - $59.99

CPU- AMD Athlon II X3 445 Rana 3.1GHz Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Desktop Processor ADX445WFGMBOX - $77.99

RAM- G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL - $91.99

GPU- SAPPHIRE 100287L Radeon HD 5670 (Redwood) 512MB 128-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card w/ATI Eyefinity - $64.99 after $10 rebate

Case- I need a recommendation please - $30-40

PSU - OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ600MXSP 600W ATX12V V2.2 / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply compatible with core i7 - $49.99 - after $20 rebate

Optical Drive- undecided - $20

HDD- Western Digital WD5001AALS Caviar Black Hard Drive - 500GB, 7200 rpm, 32MB, SATA-3G - $54.99

Total - about $465

I need advice on what case to get for $30-40 and a cheap optical drive link would be great.

Thanks I edited my post and I actually had your PSU link on my desktop but if I get that I need a good $30-40 case to keep the budget. Links added to post.

Here is what I was gonna go with based off of recommendations from posts and combo deals

Case & DVD Combo

HDD & PSU Combo

Both good choices.
