Ok so I did my research and I came up with this build, besides the power supply, case, and maybe the graphics card i'm pretty happy with it. I do want to know if there are any improvements I can make though without raising the price more than say $10.

I would suggest switching the hard drive to the Samsung spinpoint F3. It's a bit faster, and a little cheaper.
