Graphic Card issue (maybe?) [+new build]

I'm having some problems with my new build.

Build:
i5 750
Asus P7P55D PRO
2x 2GB G.Skill ECO 1600Mhz CL7
EVGA GTX 460 768MB
Corsair TX650

First time I installed everything, the GPU Led from the motherbord turned red and didn't go off.
Then I reconnected the GPU and the monitor's cable a few times and fixed this issue. The computer was working fine for about a week.
I usually keep it ON during the night. When I woke up this morning, there was a BSOD ("Blue Screen Of Death").
But again, the GPU Led keep turning red :/  (I've tryed to reconnect again and again, and nothing happens)

GTX 460 issue?
Motherboard issue?
cables not connected properly?
Any ideas?

tks!

If possible, install another GPU known to work fine (maybe borrow a friends) and see what happens, if that works fine then it may point to a GPU issue.

MB issues are hard to tease out, best to test for everything else first.

Also, what kind of BSOD are you getting?
