I need Budget motherboard for my Game PC (Will run Company 2)
So, Please help me to select
ASUS P8H61 OR GA-PA65-UD3-B3

Why a full size board? M-atx won't work for you?

I'm assuming you have a s1155 cpu and a pci-e video card to go on that board??

Whether or not you can play "Company 2", I'm assuming you mean BC2, has to do with your cpu and video card, NOTHING to do with the motherboard.

If you must select from those two boards, I would go with the Asus just because it has UEFI bios.

I understood that MB is not important like CPU and video card.
SO, It is better to buy cheap MB and Save money for video card!
What I am going to do:
MB: ASUS P8H61
CPU: I5-2500 (Intel Sandy Bridge Core i5 CPU 3.3 GHZ 6 MB Cache LGA 1155)
Video Card: HIS HD 5770 IceQ 5
PS: 700W (E80-700, ECO-Friendly, Silence 12 cm Fan)
