The 760 is 100 Mhz faster. Makes a lot of sense if the price diff is not too much in your country.

RAM - Normally, the 'CL7' kit is 'bout the same price as CL9. In that case, go with CL7. It's slightly faster. Nothing make or break though.

Gfx card & PSU recommendation will depend on usage & budget. Actually, that's the case for the entire system. Is this PC for gaming / Video encoding / general usage - please state your usage along with your overall budget.

HDD : Whether you go with 1TB or less or more will depend on how much storage you need. I can't recommend that really :) But stick to Cavier Black or Samsung Spinpoint F3/F4, Seagate Barracuda, or Hitachi. These are by far the best HDD brands as of now.

ODD : If you don't need blue ray, go with a 22/24X SATA DVD+-RW with Lightscribe support from Samsung/LG/Sony. Should not cost you any more than 20 odd Euros at most. Blue Ray /BD will cost you over a 100 though.

A few things u should know about SATA/USB 3.0 tech and mobos as shown by our very own forums here

Also note that LGA 1156 shall be usurped by LGA 1155 as soon as end of this year/possible Q1 next year if u intending to sink a wee bit on chip + board FYI...
