4850 or 5670 for Athlon x2 245?

I managed to spot those cards at the same price, both from powercolor, but I'm uncomfortable with the power consumption of the 4850, and here's the question: do you think the performance of a 4850 and an athlon 2 x2 245 will be better than a 5670 with the same cpu? if so, how much better? Anyone with previous experience? Thank you.

More about 4850 5670 athlon
  1. HD 4850 is signifcantly faster than a 5670.
  2. The X2 wont limit most games with a HD4850, so get it as its much faster and around the same price.
  3. HD 4850 with an athlon 2 x2 245 setup will perform better than a hd 5670.....
so go with the hd 4850 ...and experience the change...
  4. actually, I'm going to sell my PC next year so I'll go with the 5670 because the 6000's are coming soon and people here in Mexico always go for the newest, even if something older is better. I mean it could make like a 1000 pesos difference when I sell it. Thanks anyway. And a lil' something else: when the 28nm gpu's come out, will the high end cards still need a power plug?

Of course, maybe even dual 8-pins, they will increase the performance as a priority over power usage for the most part.
