That CM is definitely the nicer PSU, look at the gold rating and reviews.

Mushkin has their 1.35 volt kit on for 80$AR right now, probably worth taking over the RIpjaw's eco series.
 
The psu is not bad however it's funny to see someone like yourself overlook the most obvious and far superior choice.6 x 6+2-Pin
