Help with Gaming Rig

I've come up with a final gaming build. It's about 850 dollars after rebates. I need opinions (problems, bottlenecks, compatability) to make sure it's good to go. Also, I need help on which 5850 to choose for this build. (see below)

Nice! I would take the XFX cheaper, dual lifetime warranty and exhaust from the cooler outside the case.

My only issue with the XFX is that it has no voltage control. And I would like my 5850 to overclock to the level of a 5870. That I know the ASUS can. However, do you think the price difference is worth it?

If you are going to tweak voltages for a increase in overclock then it is worth it.

I'd try something other than the WD Green. I've never been too impressed with those.

Looks solid overall, but for 15$ more you can get a 1TB 7200 drive.
