I am running a 2003 domain with XP SP2 workstations in the office.

I know how to look at device manager on the XP workstations remotely, but is
there a way to enable/disable devices on the remote systems wihout having to
be at the computer?

I have a few enterprising employees that continue to find new and
interesting ways to stream audio, which is eating up all of the offices
bandwidth. What I want to do is remotely disable the audio cards.

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Michael
