Good (well priced) AM2+ heatsink/fan?

Hi Guys!

I am looking for a good, solid, and affordable heatsink/fan combo for this:

Honestly, I know nothing about heatsinks and fans. Do I plan to overclock? Possibly... But I probably won't be overclocking above the set voltage because I can't afford to risk frying the chip!

I have one of these on an unlocked Phenom II 550 in a mini-tower. About the same price as above, less if you do the rebate.

I'm going with this --- solid copper base & not quite as big as the 212+

My vote goes with the 212+.

After hearing AMD's current fan at load, I picked up 2 and have been very happy with them. Solid install and good performance at decent noise levels.

I even have one with dual fans(the hardware was included and I had some Antec fans laying around).
