Radeon 4650 or 4670 for 250 watt supply Pavillion 6510?

I already know that the 4650 works, because I tried it with the powercolor model. It turned out it's very bad with 64 bit and ddr2. I can get the 4650 or 4670 for the same price. The only problem is that the 4670 might explode my computer. Sorry if I'm spamming or something, but I need help ASAP.

See if you can get a 5550/5570. The 4670 is on the unsafe side of for 250W, but nothings is going to explode, maybe a spark.

HD 5570.

It consumes about 23w of power and it's performance is equivalent to the HD 4670 which consumes about 49w of power.
