hi guys, i dunno where is right section for this kind of questions... so i just decided to ask here.

i just built my computer for the first time, and it seemed slower than it should be.

so i was checking stuff and when i was looking at total space from :my computer: it says 127gb.

although it should be 800 gb. so i checked on BIOS for hdd drive, it detects HDD on SATA 1 for 800 gb.

so i checked on windows again, it still says my C: total size is 127 gb and didnt recognize any other drives.

i installed windows XP and i didnt seprate partition.

and when it asked for format before install, i said to do fast format. is that possibly why?

Please help.
