Monitor black borders unused on-screen

There are black borders around my screen 24'' DELL full hd in a 1908-1020 resolution.. this is not normal im supposed to be full screen..

(And another problem is that in the device manager it says I have 2 monitors? lol )) :o

The resolution might be set to a lower value.make sure that it is set to full HD.

check aspect ratio in your video software.

Hey eneto,you have to open Catalyst Contr.Cent.( CCC ),go desktops & displays-right click on small triangle,configure,scaling options,overscan to your liking

Catalyst control center is part of ATI drivers,it's probably allredy on your pc.Right click on desktop,or start menu,all prog., and go to advanced;
