MSI or Asrock

Hi i am looking for a nice budget board for i5 2500k. My resolution is 1920 x1080. I doubt i will use sli or crossfire so that is not a need. I do plan on doing a light overclock maybe 4.3 - 4.5. Also would like to keep the form factor to micro atx. Which one of these board would be better? The MSI Z68MA-G45 or ASRock Z68 PRO3-M ?

If I had to choose between the two, I would choose the ASRock. It has power system heat sinks, and more power phases.
