Video playback is choppy

Hello,
I installed Windows 7 on my Dell Latitude D620 and the sample videos are choppy - audio is fine. Nothing else is installed so I don't think it's a memory issue. I downloaded and updated bios from Dell, A10, and when I run it, it is fine until I have to restart my computer. Then it is choppy again. Any ideas?

it's right latest video drivers or the stable drivers can possibly help you
