What should I set my connection as?

I have iDSL (144/144) which gets 16-17kilobytes a second max, so I currently
have my connection speed set on ISDN (which is 128/128), should I set it to
Cable/DSL? And should dynamic netspeed be on?

I'd leave it, the "i" in iDSL means it's transported on ISDN, and
that's the closest to your actual netspeed you're going to get.
