Simple realy, what actauly improves when you up the frequency of a RAM stick, so what would speed up/be better in my PC if I upgraded from 1333Mhz 8Gb to 1600 Mhz 8Gb (in DDR3 naturaly)?
And why? Because to me that small change in frequency doesn't look like it would speed anything up as much as a faster connection would (such as DDR2 being slower than DDR3)

When I was researching parts for my build, multiple sites said that the speed difference between 1333mhz and 1600mhz was extremely minor and sticking to 1333 would not have a noticeable change in performance.

If you just do a search for this in Google, you can find heaps of these sites (mainly forums where people have asked the same question).

The best thing is to run memtest86 and it will show you the speed differences of the memory bandwidth. If you will see any actual benefits are somewhat dependent on what you are doing with your computer.

but if i dont have a 1600Mhz stick of RAM then that is not possible
