Is my HDD about to be dead?

I've been thinking about replacing my HDD since it looks like it's dying. I need to know how horrible the condition is however. I used CrystalDisk and the only thing that was yellow was this:
Reallocated Sectors Count
Current: 147
Worst: 147
Threshold: 140
Raw Values: 0000000003ED

  1. You can't properly test the system hard drive using Windows-based software which is installed on that same drive, apart from viewing the often confusing SMART data which isn't the same as testing it.

Test it with the drive maker's own diagnostic software which runs in DOS and loads from a bootable CD. The links are here: http://www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=287

you can use IMGBurn to create the CD from the diagnostic ISO file: http://www.filehippo.com/download_imgburn/
  2. The drive is seriously ill. I wouldn't trust it.

    It has 1005 (= 0x3ED) bad sectors:
