Bios update

Hello,i have problem with my mobo. i want to flash bios of it. where can i get the flash file? on the bios chips 49LF002B is written and when the pc starts it shows Modular Award Bios V6.00PG, i know nothing more about the board?

If you don't even know, and your too lazy too look, the make or model of the motherboard, how could we possibly use our psychic powers to find this mystical bios update for an unknown mythical motherboard???
