As in a Phenom ii ? If you're lucky. Though physically compatible with your board, being a retail OEM machine, it's doubtful your BIOS will support it properly. and the power specs may be out of line with your board/PSU. These systems really aren't built for those kinds of upgrades.
You may be well served by a dedicated sound card, though. If you want to inquire about those, try the forum section for them.
