i want to put this into it:

Intel Core i7-860 Lynnfield 2.8GHz 8MB L3 Cache LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core Processor BX80605I7860

What does it take to do so?

Everything on the computer is original
I am living in the US
Please help me out If you can
I have no experience with this sort of thing so anything you can tell me would be good

You need a motherboard with a 1156 socket. That's about it.

What's your current hardware specs?

right now im running on the original Acer Aspire T180 specs
It has :
- AMD Athlon 64 processor 3500t 2.20 Ghz
-1.00 Gb ram
32 bit opperating system

Your motherboard won't support the i7 CPU.

Your RAM is incompatible with the 1156 socket motherboards.

To upgrade to that CPU, would require a new motherboard, and new RAM as well. If you have an OEM version of windows, you'll need a new copy of windows as well. This would be a pretty expensive overhaul.

can you suggest any decent processors
I am trying to keep it under $200

There are no BIOS updates for your PC, so there aren't any good options. You could upgrade the CPU, but there's no guarantee that the BIOS will recognize it.
