I am shrinking the volume of c (which is basic volume). I am already having 4 drives((c, recovery)-->visible in my computer, and (HP tools, system tools)). All basic volume. Now when i create new volume of unallocated space it gives error of something dymamic.

How can i create partition from c already having 4 allocations basic volumes in disk management?

Four primary partitions or volumes is the maximum number you can have on a hard drive.
I strongly advise against messing with the existing volumes which were set up at the HP factory.

If you want more storage space, install a second hard drive if it's a PC, or buy an external hard drive if it's for a laptop.
