Problem with moving Hard Drives from one PC to another.

Hi,
I just finished my new PC and wanted to install windows to my Hard Drive since its empty.But my PC has no IDE and my DVD Driver has only IDE so i used my other computer to install windows by moving the Hard Drive from mine to this.When it finished the installation i putted it back to my PC but:
First:It says that the windows stopped suddenly(or something like that) and some options like SAFE MODE,etc.
After i click NORMAL BOOT UP(i don't know how its exactly in english since my PC is in other language)and then it reboots and it's the same process again and again.
Maybe it's because i installed it in a completely other PC,only the Hard Drive was mine.
Also when i putted the other Hard Drive from the other PC to my PC it had the same problem.
Hope it's not my PC the problem.
But when i putted to Hard Drive to the other PC,where i installed it,it worked fine.
I don't have a USB to put the Windows Installation in it

Different components (mobo, gpu, etc) need different drivers. If you can boot to safe mode with network support, try finding the drivers on the internet for the system.

I tried but i had no luck,it had the same problem.
