Hello, guys.

What I have is:
Monitor is perfectly fine, RAM (1 module) is fine, CPU is ok, PSU is also works fine. Everything listed above I've tried and it works on a different computer. Nothing else is connected at this point.

I've got a p5q-e motherboard which bleeps 1long-2short signals. I believe it means that it does not have a video card. But it does, I've tried all the three PCI-e slots, with 3 different video, also I've tried not a PCI-e card but an old PCI one. Still the same 3 bleeps. Monitor says no signal, nothing more.

I'm guessing south bridge went bananas (since its responsible for managing PCI-e)

The question is what do I do now? Is there a chance to fix it? Or am I missing something?

reseat everything
reset cmos

try a different pcie video card

PCIe 16x slots are NOT controlled by the south bridge and even then its most likely not a chipset fault etc

perhaps time for a new mobo if all else fails and you have definitely checked everything else

I've tried 2 working PCI-e and 1 PCI card. All those times I've got 3 bleeps.
Reset CMOS didn't help, same result.

Looks like this is the time for new mobo, you're probably right, apache_lives. But it's these days its very hard to find a 775 LGA mobo :( Have no idea where to get one.
