1333 G.Skill timings

Hi there im fairly new to overclocking so any help would be great
I overclocked my 1333 G.Skill F3-10666CL8-2GBXM to 783.3 MHz with these timings by changing it to 1.6v 9-9-9-24 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) im not sure if both modules have been or how to overclock both (2x4gb) and what timmings should i try for

955Be OC to 4GHZ about to get the n14 cooler
hd4870 about to get the 6950
600 litepower about to get the 750w corsair

I assume {F3-10666CL8-2GBXM} is the individual stick P/N from CPU-z; the 10666CL8-2GB suggest DDR3 1333 MHz, CAS 8, 2GB or as a kit 2x2GB not 2x4GB.

Guessing you made a typo the F3-10666CL8D-4GBXM is what kit I assume you have installed; see http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231438

Stock = DDR3 1333 8-8-8-24-2T @ 1.50v
OC = DDR3 1600 8-8-8-24-2T @ 1.50v ; both Frequency + CAS OC
OC = DDR3 1600 9-9-9-24-2T @ 1.50v ; Frequency OC

CPU-NB Voltage -> 1.25v~1.30v
OC = DDR3 1866 9-10-9-28-2T @ 1.60v ; major OC
OC = DDR3 1866 10-10-10-30-2T @ 1.60v ; major OC

Yep your spot on the money it is that ram
but if I do your tier for a major OC of ram I dont mind if its not stable I just wory it will not damage this ram to much as it running at 1666 nicely for 1333
