How to install software using a limited account

Hello, to enable the installing feature of your computer even if using the limited account, you would just simply go to (C:\WINDOWS\system32\Microsoft\Protect\S-1-5-18) and delete all the folder/s that you will see. and then enjoy INSTALLING!!!
