So after trying to over clock a i5-2500k with ASUS P8Z68-V and the hard drive is a WD 160gb 10,000 RPM

I keep getting bsod right after the windows little colorful ball things load up, how do I fix this permanently?

Solution
I'd start by running a memory test on your computer.

If that passes, I'd move on and check the hard disk for corruption (Check: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsofthetrade/ht/sfc-scannow.htm)
