Intel dh67bl support turbo boost 2.0

First you need to have a CPU that supports Intel Turbo Boost; all Intel Core i5's Sandy Bridge support Intel Turbo Boost. However, the H67 does not support any OC of the CPU e.g. i5-2500K will only run 3.3 GHz/3.7 GHz TB.

So if you want an i5-2500K, great CPU, then you either need a MOBO equipped with either the P67 {discrete GPU required} or Z68 {on board 'iGPU} chipsets.

I strongly recommend that you purchase at least 4GB of RAM on Windows 7 and to purchase a matched set of:
2x2GB -> $32 CMX4GX3M2A1333C8 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145299
2x4GB -> $60 F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231428

As I mentioned, " H67 ... CPU e.g. i5-2500K will only run 3.3 GHz/3.7 GHz TB" TB = Turbo Boost so yes you'll have Turbo Boost only.

IF you're not going to get a P67/Z68 then Phases pretty much don't matter too much running Stock speed. Most H67's are only 2XDIMM slots so IMO, prices as they are now, get a 2x4GB RAM kit of DDR3 1333 MHz; DDR3 1600 MHz or faster are not supported.

IF it were me then I would for an extra $10 opt for the ASUS P8H67-M PRO/CSM with 4XDIMM and you could get 2x2GB now and add another 2x2GB later ; compare side-by-side -> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Productcompare.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007627%20600093976%20600100186&IsNodeId=1&bop=And&CompareItemList=280|13-131-711^13-131-711-TS%2C13-131-712^13-131-712-TS
