What happens if I replace my motherboard?

My current PC is an Hp Pavilion Magnesium Gray Edition p6654y with a 600W PSU. I plan on replacing the motherboard with this:

I will also get an i5 2500k, Windows 7, and a EVGA GTX 570 2.5GB. All of this is about $890. I will be playing at 1600x900 just so you know. My main concern is that I will lose all the data on my HDD. Will I lose all my data? I know I have to re-install Windows 7, but will that have any affect on the hardware or data?

Solution
It's really throwing all your money, from AMD to Intel,

which can be used only HDD, RAM, DVD drive and CASE, that's all, others please give to your friends, for the PSU I'm not sure with 600 true or just a label .

it would be better if you re-sell and buy a new computer with the intel spec .. or if you already do not like it then you can donate to Fakir, I would greatly appreciate :D
