Case Fan sometimes flickers on and off

HI, I have a fan at the top of my case that occasionally cuts off then turns back on after an hour or two in use. I've it opened up, nothing seems to caught up or interfering with it. The wires seem secure and the shielding is fine.

I'm a bit concerned about it, because one time it stayed off for a long period of time. I've had this case about 2 months and it';s only started doing it two weeks ago or so.

Any ideas?

Seem like a bad cable, just replace the fan with a new one, they're cheap anyway not worth the hassle of sending the case for warranty.
