Application exe virus 1tb hard disk

Very sorry for my english !!!!
I am using two external hard drive one is of 500 GB and other one is of 2TB extrnal hard disk, it is showing virus like application.exe.
i ve used cmd application "attrib e:\*.* /d /s -h -r -s" by this 500 GB hard disk make correct but its not working to 2TB hard disk.
i ve tried my best to resolve this but can't success. Plz plz Help. its very important data.
