probly not 60, but you should manage 40 with a 5570 and your resolution is 1600x900 or less

Wow, this is way to vague of a question. You can play bad company 2 at ~30 but also.. you can play mafia 2 around.. 10FPS :p

W/o a resolution that's an impossible question to answer but the entry point to dx11 at 1920 x 1080 is the 58xx and 460 at dx11

The more demanding games would be hard pressed to do 60 fps even w/ crossfire / sli at full detail settings

What resolution are you considering and which game?

At a decent resolution (1600x900) I don't even think it your computer will manage to do 50 fps so definitely not 60. You could manage up to 43 at a decent resolution.

Well I have the Sapphire Vapor-X Radeon 5770 and I can max out the settings on Prototype at 1920x1080 and I get 50 FPS. Oddly, I get 50 FPS at lower resolutions as well. I am probably being limited by my monitor.

It depends on what game you want to play.Less intensive games are more likely to reach 60fps while intensive games are less likely. If you want to get the most out of directX 11 games,I think you should upgrade your PSU (Power Supply Unit) and make sure your processor is fast enough to play directX 11 games.
