Graphics power for video editing

I'm looking to replace my 7-year-old system. I don't play games, but I would like to capture a bunch of old VHS footage and burn it to DVD, possibly doing some editing on it. Would integrated graphics like a Radeon 4250 be sufficient, or would a low-end graphics card be needed? Thanks

^ The integrated video card would suffice...bu8t which software will you be using ?
If using Adobe CS5 suite, then Nvidia cards would help...
