hi everyone i am wondering if it mattered which company manufactured a specific graphics card? and by the way is axle a good company?

Certain manufacturers are know for quality products and their warranty. I have never heard of Axle. What card are you looking at?

As long as it has a decent warranty you should be fine. Generally the best Nvidia cards come from EVGA, MSI, Asus and Gigabyte.

No a 9800GT is a 9800GT. Only things like warranty and overclocking really matter brand to brand.
