Hello I have been wondering would a XFX ATI Radeon HD 5870 be able to fit in a microatx motherboard without blocking anything.
I have a Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H Intel H55.

Any help would be amazing thanks.

And yes I'm new here.

It will block your first PCI slot. Any dual slot video card will do that.

It shouldn't really block anything else except that first PCI slot like mosox said. They take this kind of thing into account when they design motherboards. The card might rest on a cable plugged into that top SATA port; it may be hard to remove that SATA cable after you install the video card.
