Hello,

Wondering if anyone knew of a way of making 3TB HD (WD SATA) connect to an old motherboard (MSI - K8T Neo-FSR) and acknowledge they exist? Just wanting to use them for storage, rather than a boot drive, but they aren't being recongised by the MB. Assuming a PCI to SATA card is the way forward but wanting to make sure any new card is compatible with a 3TB. So looking at something like this http://intrl.startech.com/Cards-Adapters/HDD-Controllers/SATA-Cards/4-Port-Serial-ATA-RAID-01-PCI-Card~PCISATA4R1 but at only SATA v1 expecting its going to get upset with 3TB?
(Running Windows 7, no PCI-E slots on MB)
