I'm looking for my next Notebook and I hope to make it double at my winter cabin as a HDTV - so I would like something in the 18" screen size range and more important I'm concerned of buying something which lacks a new technology ie. I will wait until my system comes with USB 3.0 -

I'm thinking a fast hard drive and a SSD for bootup etc. - Bluetooth and Wireles N - 8 gig fast ram - I hope to solicit any thoughts, ideas, concepts etc. which I can add to my wish list.
