if u play a game in HD does it take some fps?

I don't understand the question. But here is maybe an answer for you.

HD just means High Definition. There are several HD resolutions. Most people now refer to HD as the 1080P resolution. Which would be 1920x1080 @60Hz.

With that said, the higher resolution you are running, the more pixels your graphics card has to render resulting in lower FPS (frames per second). As long as you can keep it above 60FPS you won't notice a difference.
