The cyclone cooler is supposed to be really good, and its got a higher OC than the Gigabyte card so i would go for the MSI Cyclone.

The Cyclone has a slightly better cooler and costs $5 more. It also has a combo that gives you a free game;

Yea, go Cyclone. And Just Cause 2 is my favorite open world game, probably ever, so for an extra $5 you get slightly higher stock clocks, better cooling, and Just Cause 2. Very worth it in my opinion.
