Post card? You mean post screen? If it's a screen, then this could be a different issue, but the normal thing to do is recheck that you have everything connected the way it should be. Just to be safe, unplug and replug all the components. Ready your MB manual if need be. Next, check each RAM chip. Sometimes a bad one will prevent you from booting.

I mean LPT-USB post card :)

I checked all devices except CPU, all ok.
So I am going to drop this PC in to trash bin, it's too old to find motherboard replacement here.
