Western Digital Black vs Red

Hey guys so I replaced my Western Digital 1.0TB 32 mb cache (Black) to a Western Digital 2.0TB 64 mb cache and I mount it in my case and plug in the power and SATA cord and it doesn't recognize it. My os is on a 256gb Crucial M4.

Does it see it in the BIOS?

^This. You have to format it first. Does it show up in Computer -> Manage -> Disk Management?
