Problem Installing Windows 7 via Bootable DVD

am trying to install window 7 but after expanding windows files and restarting it takes me bak from step one again and again!!

Kindly asssist me to know whats the problem

Is this a first install or are you re-installing windows ?

If re-installing, why are you, and did you save your personal files & drivers, and delete your partitions, or format the drive ?

You may need to use a working computer to get a rescue CD to boot from to resolve the boot loop.
