Which SSD drive should I use for recording? Tags: SSD Storage Vertex themrsomedude456 January 3, 2013 9:35:43 AM I am making a new gaming pc and I need some help with the drives. I am planning to use Fraps to record gameplay and I know SSD is the way to go, but will it make a difference if I record on to my primary drive (SSD) or shall I get a separate drive for recording. So either this: 256Gb Vertex 4 SSD for OS and Recording 1TB for storage Or: 64Gb Vertex 4 SSD for OS 256Gb Vertex 4 for Recording 1TB for storage Also are my SSD's good enough for the job. I plan to record in 1080p. Thanks in advance. More about : ssd drive recording Can't find your answer ? Ask !
