Upgrading my CPU on my M2N68-LA Motherboard.

Hello, i need help figuring out what i can put into this. I have been looking every so often to find a thread to figure out what i can put in it. I want something that's at least 3Ghz and preferably quad core if not better. I have no idea where to look no idea what will be compatible. i currently have a AMD Sempron(tm) Dual Core Processor 2200 2.00 Ghz. now i would like to upgrade that any help would be great.
