Am3+ use DDR3 and cost same with Am3, you can compare price Am3 and am3+

Recently i hav been hearing about asrock motherboards...before that i hav never about that....so my question it are asrock motherboards good enough to compete with motherboards like asus,gigabyte etc.

Good aftersales is First asus + gigabyte , in second is Asrock, msi, biostar
And asrock get number 3 in aftersales motherboard

I too am looking at getting a new motherboard here, i am looking at the 990fx chipset what would be the best? Leaning towards a asus Crosshair V Formula at the moment, but I have been out of it for a while and am a bit behind on current hardware, all i know is i want a fast solid board on the new amd chipset, best board possible without going over $230 (crosshair V is $229) that's as high as i am willing to go.
