Fax Problem

Hello, I would like to ask for help coz i have an old fax machine and it is running on Windows XP SP2, lately my fax machine is working properly it can send and receive files but a few days have past i have notice that i can only send files and can't receive files... Would you kindly help me, please...

your fax machine is running xp????? that makes no sense. can you please state make/model of this fax.
