What Motherboard should I get?

I am planning on my first pc build, but whats been troubling me so much is my motherboard. I would like an atx motherboard, socket am3/+ with crossfire support, 1600 ddr3 sdram support with a max of at least 16 gb, at least 1 usb 3.0, at least 4 usb 2.0, at least 2 pci-e 2.0 slots, at least 1 pci-e slot, sata 6.0gb/s and as many fan slots as I can get. but here's the catch: I want it to be 110- or less (MIR's count). Please, any helpful input is welcome!
Thanks

I've had good results from ASRock boards. They use better components, like all solid caps. Here's one that appears to fit your requirements, for $105: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157262 although shipping adds another $8.
