New builder. How to install W7 to SSD

Hello tomshardware community, I'm quite new to building computers and this is my first build. My build is as follows to give you some insight as to whats going on.

Mobo: Asrock z77 extreme4
GPU: evga nvidia geforce 550Ti
SSD: Intel 180GB
HDD: Western Digital 500GB
PSU: 500watt coolermaster
CPU: Intel i5 3350P
RAM: Kingston hyperx 16GB

So I'm not sure what I need. I have a windows 7 cd. I've seen optical drives, internal and external CD drives. Don't need to know what the difference is. I just want to know what I need to install W7 onto my SSD.

Also what else do I need if I purchase the drive (your suggestion) bare?

If you could provide links to what I need. I would greatly appreciate it. I just want to know all of my possible options.

More about builder install
  1. You put the disc into the DVD drive.

boot up and go into boot menu.

change boot priority to the SSD as the primary boot.

    exit boot menu.

proceed to install the OS like normal.

Congrats. you installed the OS to your SSD.
