If it can run wow would i be able to enter dalaran and with what fps?

You should be able to play WoW, but it will probably be just barely playable. My old X800 graphics card could barely run it on the minimum settings, and that card is about equal to that GT210. I've seen how Dalaran can kill fps(never actually went there with the old comp, but my bro went there with a newer one), so It will probably be somewhat laggy if you go there.
