would it be possible to put all in a new case he wants a better graphic card as the acer only has a 220 watt power supply thanks.

If its micro-atx, which I'm pretty sure it is, you can do it no problem. If its mini or smaller ITX form-factor, things get more difficult.
Open the case and compare it to these examples.

The only thing that should need outright replacing is the PSU. From there on its just a matter of knowing how to take the ACER apart to get at the tender insides.
